I literally made this salad 15 min before Iftar yesterday and was probably the hottest honey on the table. A definate keeper!
I served it with my pomegranate dressing.
Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes
Endive
Shredded white cabbage
Baby asparagus (blanched)
Green lettuce
Purslane
Freshly chopped parsley

This salad was amazing! Tasted great and the presentation was superb! Not to mention that pomegranate dressing was to die for. A+ for Chef Layla as usual!
