Gheymeh Luv

Good things really do happen to those who wait.......take my example of waiting impatiently for my gheymeh stew to cook yesterday. 3 hours of slow cooking lamb, tomato paste infused with saffron, cinnamon, Iranian spices, yellow split lentils and my mothers homemade loomi gives you this:




Served with plain white rice, pickled peppers, raw onion and homemade masto museel (yogurt with shallots).
