Pesto

I love making pesto from scratch. I made this version using:

Walnuts
Toasted pine nuts
Fresh basil
Fresh parsley
Fresh mint
Lemon juice
One garlic clove
Parmesan cheese
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil

Whiz whiz whiz in a blender adding the olive oil slowly





Ta-daa! Served with piping hot linguine, sauteed mushrooms, garlic, roasted peppers, porcini mushrooms and white truffle oil.
