Cheesecake Factory

I was invited to attend the soft opening of Cheesecake Factory in the new Phase 3 of the Avenues the other night. Let me tell you the place is HUGE!! Same cozy decor, friendly staff and over sized menu. Cheesecake Factory for those who haven't been is a more refined upscale-ish of the family chain restaurants. Their food comes in enormous portions although I hope you can order your dish in smaller lunch portions as in the States, comfort food at its full glory. My favorite dish at Cheesecake is the Santa Fe Salad, unfortunately our tasting menu did not feature it that night. We selected the avocado rolls for starters, orange chicken, 4 cheese pasta and the steak sandwich as our main. The food was exactly the same as the states although the fries were incredibly salty, we finished off with the pineapple upside down cheesecake which was quite fruity and refreshing.  Bring it on Phase 3!
